2/18S 100%POLYESTER Core Spun Yarn

CORE SPUN YARN is composed of two or more yarns of different materials, one of which is wrapped in the outer layer of another yarn to form a covering structure.

The main characteristics of core-coated yarn are high strength, wear resistance, tensile resistance, suitable for the production of high strength and high wear resistance of textiles, such as sportswear, outdoor equipment, industrial use. Common cored yarn combinations are Polyester Yarn and Nylon Yarn, polyester yarn and cotton yarn.

The production process of core-spun yarn is more complicated, and it is generally carried out by special spinning equipment.
